How to fix bouncing tach?

How to fix bouncing tach?
Well i just recently swaped a B18b in my DA and two days after driving for a while.
My tach gauge just started jumping around.
Plus the speed gauge gets stuck on 40 mph, the temp gauge goes all the way hot, the gas goes to empty. The car also starts to sputering.
And all that happens when i press the throttle. But when i release the throttle it goes back to normal.
Im assuming that i have an electrical problem.
But i dont know where to start.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
