Default d16y8 - d16z6 heads whats the difference?

i need some help is there a way to tell the difference between a z6 and a y8 head? i've been offered one (haven't seen it yet) but the guy doesn't know what is it, all we know its 1.6 sohc vtec any feed back will be great thanks

what about the valves? is there any difference in the actual valves? they have different part numbers from honda, but are they just made different? are they the same size?

bringin back an old post because this is the same question i have...
can i use the intake and exhuast valves from a d16y8 head into my d16z6 head. i have two bent valves and no money, but i do have a spare d16y8 head i can use if it works. please help..i've been searching.
