Default Have GS-. put cam seal and thermostat in. NOW NO V-VTEC

I need Help!!
Yesterday i replaced my cam seal and thermostat. We also cleaned all around the v-tec sensors. but i am positive nothing got wet. The check engine light is not on. But when i hit v-tec it is not as strong as before. and also when i hit 5600rpm. i no longer get the very loud air type sound. Any ideas what the problem could be? please let me know.

Do the basics first.Make sure there aren't wires or hoses unplugged or pinched.
