I started changing my suspesion in the front and had no problems whatsoever, then when we moved to the back 2 bolts snapped. I sprayed down all bolts the night before and now i have two broken bolts. THese are the bolts that connect the botom of the shock to the arm thing ( sorry i dont know what it is called). So we were able to get new bolts and were able to hammer one of the old bolts out so I only have 3 wheels done. So finally to the point (sorry) is there any way to get these out easier, we have sprayed em down and tryed hammering them out, the old one was rusted as heck, and my car is only a 97 and my friends 89 was much easier than this.

no, this is how it is by design almost. hondas were not manufactured with salty roads in mind. therefore the metal sleeve of the bushing and the bolt fuse to each other. I've seen cars as new as 00 do this too. my 98 was modded when it was only a few months old so those bolts have antiseize on them since almost day one. plus my car is summer only... so besides that your only chance is pressing in new bushings and... using antiseize everywhere.
if it is a stock shock assy. and you dont plan on using it again there are two ways that i know of. 1) heat the bolt up with a torch to loose up corrosion and expand assy(heat till red hot) or 2) the way i did it - cut of one of the forks (lower part of shock) then unbolt brake line and slip around assy. it is possible just a little time consuming.
Did you use an impact driver? It's been my experience that you really don't want to do any suspension work without one (a powerful one). Otherwise you just end up breaking or stripping bolt heads. I know that may not be of much help to you but for anyone who's getting ready to attempt this with a breaker bar, it may save you a lot of time and trouble to just take it to a pro with the right equipement.

ya i just cut off one of the arms of the stock shock so i could get it outta the way, then tried hammering out the bolt butit wouldnt budge i think i might take off the control arm and put it in a vice adn pound on it more or just go to a junk yard and get a new control arm, thanks for the advice, anymore would be helpful.

I tried taking off the control arm and that bolt busted too (the one neer the brake disc) I can get the other bolt out but then I have to take off the other control arm to disconnect anything, Should I do this and take it to a machine shop or what, any advice will help.

just replace your whole lca then if you cannot take out the stock shocks off the lca.
this is what i did. i couldn't take out the bolt eventhough the shocks was out. figures i bought lca with new bolts/nuts in the junkyard $20 a piece problem solved.
btw, i took my lca to 3 machines shop and they cannot take it out without breaking the bolt.
