Default car has trouble starting

hey my car has had trouble starting lately. theres an oil leak somewhere and i checked it once and it was down to a liter or so, i put more in and it seems to stay alright, although it takes a very long time to start- i have to turn the key and it will start after awhile. i hope it hasnt seazed on me since i didnt drive it long with low oil, and once i have it started it seems to run fine although i need to time the ignition better, but i know its not the timing completely. any ideas besides the thing seazing up and if that's the problem is there anything i can do to fix this and what parts would have seazed. also im still breaking in the engine its been about 150 miles and im running really rich, i just noticed this of course would this cause the problem, and finally how would i run less rich any help would be greatly appreciated
