Default using Ls trany on your EG....

I was wondering if using ls trany on eg would be good or not. I know they sell the cable convertion kit but I would like to know how that works....

Or would it be better just to get a hydro ls, GSR, B16 trany?

I would like to get some input on your knowledge and experience from what you are using. What would be te best way to go?

This will be for LS swap into EG with built turbo set up.
Thanks in advance for your help

i would say stick with the hydro tranny setup as the eg is already hydro, and run a gsr trans with the boosted b18b

Sounds good

Seems like most people like the GSR trany over any other trany for turbo.

I just wondr is anyone tried the LS cable convartion one I know there is some people using this and just wonder how this is working or if it sucks....

how about GSR trany with LSD and ACT clu...
would $900 be a good price for this?

I know the LSD is about $400 alone and the ACT is also $400 plus the trany but I thought I would ask?

The way I see it, it depends on how available the high-demand trannys (hydro b16, gsr, etc) are. Around my area, they see to be all scooped up. Some people I know are now resorting to getting the da cable tranny with the conv. kit for around 350 or so. Beggars can't be choosers, you know?
