Default Could the problem be my ecu?????????

Yea i jus recently swapped my f22b1 sohc vtec from a 94 AT accord... into my 90 ex 2dr 5spd accord.. i finally got it running.. but at times it gives me the map sensor ecu trouble code and also.. it redlines between 4.3-5.4 rpm's now... could this be my ecu since its the stock 90accord one???

if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it!

o and another ? about exhausts.. since i swapped engines i also bought a header and the 90 accord has this meshy thing(cant member name right off hand) but neways the 94 accord header downpipe doesnt have the meshy thing so my pipe was short like 8-12inches... and i was wondering if a 94 accord midpipe section would fit perfectly onto my 90 accord... thanks!

Yes, you need to run the ECU designed for your engine

the 94 vtec has teh o2 heater and egr pinouts reveresed comapred to the 90 accord one. also if you get map trouble codes id cehck and make sure you ggot a map hooked up since the 94 engine uses a throttle body mounted map sensor snd the 90 engine uses a firewlal mounted map sensor.
