Do a search on here...b series swaps have been covered to death. Here is a barebones list though:

b16a engine, transmissions, ecu
mount kit and shift linkage (hasport, hcp, etc)
90-93 integra axles and intermediate shaft

Those are the basic parts but you will need other misc stuff and also maintenance parts like a clutch, water pump, timing belt etc

I spent over a year researching the swap and accumulating the parts..
Everything that I learned is referenced within the FAQ section..
[edit: including the wiring]

what he said is exactly correct. the one thing he didnt mention is wiring. if your doing it yourself, then its fine. if not you can send it out to hasport or one of the many guys on here to do the conversion for you. its only a 4 wire difference.

do the rear main seal when you have the tranny out to do the clutch. trust me.
