Knocking in the head

Default Knocking in the head
When I rev the motor up there is a knocking in the head plus there is a rattling under thr car (sounds like a heat sheild). It's a b16a motor. Could the timing be off? Thanks

heat sheild or flex section of the exhaust. Get the knocking checked out by a mechanic, could be bad-real bad. Is the knocking loud or just apparent?

It's just apparent at idle but sounds worse when rolling in a hgher rpm. the oil is new and full.
