Default help building an n/a b20 integra?

what will i need to do to be able to run a 12 or lower with my built b20? ive got stage 3 cams, upgraded valve train, 2.0 stroker kit, race spec p&p head, roughly 12.1.1 c/r, itb's, aem ecu. any idea what else i can do to get more power and hopefully get in the 12's? the engine is still being built so there is still time left for more mods. from reading up on the forums you guys in the states seem to run far better times than what we do in the uk? what are you doing to your engines to get those crazy times?

anyone help me please?
