is the spring and shock still on? if so. compress it with a jack then theres a spot near the botom were the castle nut is and put like a craftsmen wrench in there. then release jack. the compression from the spring and shock will loosen the spindle. hard to explain without pictures.

i took it out b4...i stepped on it realli hard i think...i forgot what i realli did..but i got it out b4...it was a i3itch...but yah...either push ont he are...or hammer it from the bottom..
use a lot of rust penetrant...
just keep moving the axle back and forth as much as posible...
main thing is the use of elbow grease

I used something called "PB" and that got it off.......along with some crowbars and a BFH. But I removed the axle with the knuckle first off the car before I did anything.
Once you get it off though, I recommend that you clean off the splines on the axle and on the hub and some anti-seize before you put the axle back on. That should go for about any part on your car that might "freeze"up or become stuck ( like certain stupid *** ******* bolts ).

Try that, PB Blaster. It works on so many things.

It definitely does. But PB Blaster is not something that works instantaneously. Very rarely does it though, but usually you want to soak the "frozen" or stuck part with PB and leave it alone for a few minutes and depending on how badly its stuck together, soak it some more. I soaked the **** outta my driver's side knuckle for a few hours before attempting to remove the axle to complete the 5 lug.

Yeah I know I remember when I had my 94 LS trying to get the rear lower control arms off to put the camber kit with control arms on and even getting most of the suspeinsion out to put the new in required alot of time and soaking in of the PB blaster. Like you said it isn't instant but if you have the time to let it sit it deff. works good

time yes.....but don't forget patience. Without that you're going to be snapping a lot of bolts and then drilling them out.....buying a new bolt.....wantin to kick a fender in but not............
