Default oil drain bolt

i searched but didnt get any good results

i changed the oil in my car just now
and when i screwed in the bolt it goes in perfect but when it gets in the middle it gets hard and i have to use a wrench to tighten it

the bolt is now touching the oil pan but when i tighten it it keeps spinning and barely leaks oil

Could the oil pan be stripped or just get another factory bolt
