88-91 ecu pinout needed!

does anyone have the pin out for these on the 88-91 ecu plug?

power for ecu
ground for ECU
fuel pump relay
pgmfi relay

I got a question, what can I use to pull a pin out from the ecu plug? Im throwing code 14 (EAVC) and tested the connector for power which doesnt have any.
