energy bush for integra question

Default energy bush for integra question

I read somewhere that certain bush should use back original honda and certain bush should use pu or energy bush any idea which bush are surpose to be energy bush?

The big rear trailing arm bushing should be either OEM Honda or Mugen rubber, because a solid polyurethane bushing does not allow the proper movement and will bind up under this application. Pretty much everything else can be poly with no adverse effects on suspension travel.

BTW original bushings will be fine for the daily driver.

^^ LOL, hate our commander and dork, but yeah that's all rumors about keeping one oem, that's just because someone else didn't pay for them all to be Poly-U.

Umm, okay, whatever.

FYI, Mugen rubber TA bushings are actually 4.5x more expensive than Energy's poly solution, and $15 more than Prothane's poly solution - and I'll still buy the Mugen bushings over poly, because they actually work properly. Honda designed that bushing a certain way for a reason.

so beside this others should be fine with energy? and i am not planning to get the full set of the bush anyone mind to let me know which part i should get for the suspension? and any other parts that i should use energy
