I guess you *might* be able to fix that problem by paying a machine shop a lot of money to redrill that hole, but then you still have to worry about whether or not the valve/piston clearance is ok, if the C/R is ok, what cam pulley/timing belt to use or if it even lines up and is timed correctly, how you would mount a distributor or intake manifold or exhaust manifold, etc etc ...
Do it if you want to and let us know how it turns out, but it's probably going to be a giant PITA! Good luck

Step 1) Do an dpfi to mpfi conversion. (use the search feature for info on this)
Step 2) Swap in a vtec engine, tranny, ecu etc of your choice. (D16Z6 or D16Y8?) (use the search feature for info on this)
