friends got a 99 Honda accord we took off the calipers to paint. Put everything back on and bled all for brakes. The pedal pressure is still weak. Even bled the brake master cylinder. That didn't work. I also noticed a gurgling sound coming from the brake master cylinder area (possibly coming from the brake booster vaccum line. Also noticed a hissing sound coming from the abs system.

Need help asap:D

btw. It's a 99 Accord EX 4cyl.

when we did calipers on my friends gsr, found out you had to turn the key on, and watch for the abs light to go on, then wait for it to go off. then bleed the brakes and master cylinder. that worked for us. we had a similar problem as you are having, the pressure wasnt as good until we did the key and abs thing. try that.
