ok i am giving a heads up too every one !!!!!! this ******* piece of **** company has been giving me the run around on a set of wheels i orderd was told several times they would call me back not once have they called me back nor have i recived my wheels ...... was told they where going to be shipped out the next morning and recive in 5 busniess days and would recive a email with a tracking number still have not even recived that there voice mail is completely full can not even leave them a message ........ finaly got a hold of someone and said they would send me the wheels 2day air for my trouble call today and was like no one told you that but they where sent out 3day air and was told they would email me once again a tracking number which i still have not got and was told i would get a call back to confirm that i recived the email and after that no call no email no awnser on there phone

 

more or less this company are very un relible and full of **** ......and if you guys from jaydm.com are reading this **** YOU!!!!!!!! and i better get my wheels ASAP !!!!!!!

 

How long has it been since you first ordered them? Were you charged?

 

wow, where are ur periods? i see a couple '...' here and there but that took a lot of mental capacity to comprehend wat u wrote. but anyways, i was looking at that site before and now i know not to get **** from there.

 

I have no idea who the company is nor do I care but for those who do:

1. When were the items ordered and what shipping date were they promised by?
2. When/have the items been shipped?

From what I read I can only really see a week or so accounted for in the original post. In that case you may want to calm down a little. I'm by no means defending them but if there truly is a problem it needs to be clearly outlined.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you don't have the patience to wait a couple days or weeks longer than expected, you shouldn't be ordering stuff online. Go to your local shop, pay double and be done with it.

 

jdmshit has been ragged on in the past, i will say it again, any company with "jdm" in the title is a ******* scene kiddie company, and will not last, password is falling to ****, jdmshit has been ****, totaljdm.. how many people have they ripped off ?


need i say more...

 

anybody that checks those sites for the hottest jdm gear should be shot..

the companies should be burned..

buy from more reputable companies for all the sites with JDM in the name

they were ordered and promised to be delivered by thursday at the latest never heard anything was supposed to be emailed a tracking number but never was called last tuesday and they said that they were shipping them out and then said they would 2 day air them and send me a email with tracking number but never did

 

i personally purchased a set of Rota Slips from them about 2 months ago , went DOWN to the shop , and it was a little whole in the wall , they have a room about 10 ft wide and about 25 feet long , with rims stacked from the floor to the ceiling, nothing JDM about there shop , all i seen was rota's , never the less , they "downsized" from there last shop , they are in San Diego , and the girl that runs the shop was really cool with me.

As far as your situation ,

When you FIRST ordered the rims , where they in stock AT Jaydm.com's shop ?


Call them , be calm about it , and deal with this situation like an adult , you shouldnt bash on a company unitl you have SOLID evidence that they are scamming you lagging on you , or whatever you choose to call it ....

have you ever thought about maybe the rims are out of stock ?
maybe shipping got delayed ?

 

made sure to ask if the rims where in stock like 10 times!!!!!!!! and was assured they were in stock........and was also promised the rims would be here by now and still no tracking number for the wheels!!!!!! they barley ever awnser there phone and there voice mail is full where you can not leave any more messages

 

have not called them a scammer yet just saying they are liars and have the worse customer service and care of any company i have ever dealt with !!!!!!!!!!!

 

I ordered three sets of wheels from jaydm about a year ago. The first set came in fast, second set two weeks later, the third set 4 weeks later. Even though I was charged for them up front. Not bad for wheels that he said he had in stock

im seeing more and more people have had problems with this company (jaydm.com)

 

ive orderd like 10 sets of rotas from there before and never had a problem, thats odd.

 

i probably would have bought several more sets of wheels from them if i would not have had this bad experince........i mean **** if its going to take forever to get say it is dont guarntee and make promises that they will be here sooner then they can be ya know!!!
