Water pump for b16a
got a question guys, i was wandering what waterpump i am supposed to use with the 1st gen b16a. I went to buy one from a del sol vtec, only to find that it didnt quite fit like the original. I am currently using the one that came with the motor, since it seems to be i good shape. Also what car should i get the tensioner from?

The tensioner should be from the 94 del sol vtec. I have never heard of anyone having a problem with their waterpump on this swap. You could probably try the 99 civic si water pump.

i had the same problem wiht the water pump. the gear was a little to small on the del sol one that i got. So i just put the original one back in, and got my money back since the original didnt look to bad.
