a 9006 socket is a 9006 socket, should work in most cars. But remember that there is two kinds of bulbs one for projectors and not.

Correct, rebased D2S for Halogen projectors, rebased D2R for halogen reflectors

Well are you gonna get an HID JDM front? if you do the sockets will not still be 9006, they will be d2, which are held in by little paper clip lookin tabs. . (sorry don't know the name of them)

Either way, I would grab some OEM hid's from an audi or something that had projectors, and just buy a re-base kit. Then if you get the HID JDM front, you can still use thos ballasts and bulbs with the oem honda projectors and have a good cutoff. kinda like this:

i've been wondering about trevor at visual dynamics, but i don't know what has happened to him. the last i dealt with him, he no longer carried the phillip's kits and began carrying the catz kit, which i have no complaints about.

You can get phillips stuff at http://www.xenondepot.com but be ready to pay a lot.

I heard from another member that Visual Dynamics when down when selling the kits became illegal or something along those lines. Xenon Depot is located in Canada.

You will have a hard time finding any US bred websites selling HID retrofit kits. It is illegal to sell them in the US.
