Default Which ones stretches, connction rods or rod bolts at 9000 rpms and above?

I heard that the B18C1 stock rods and bolts stretches at RPM, is this true ? Also, if I was to replace the rods with ITR rods, would I still have the same problem with stretching ?

I cannot speak for GSR rods, but I have had no problems using ITR rods and
stock bolts in 9500+rpm builds i have done. And these motors have lasted
over 20-50k miles and counting.

Do you think it would be worth upgrading the rods to ITR rods ? How different are the rods compared to the GSR rods ?

ITR rods are lighter.
