I'm after an aftermarket steering wheel for a 99' 5G Prelude but can't find a hub anywhere in the UK. Is there a steering wheel hun available in the states for a 5G Prelude or is there any other hub that can be used for this.

I'm not bothered about losing the airbag or cruise control, any help would be appreciated.

you might have to respond to them via email if they have an application for the 5th gen prelude though...

 

momo makes a hub that will fit the 5th gen preludes, it's what I use on my car. I forget the part no. though. I know I posted the part no. on this sight before, but search is not working atm.

 

Thanks for the replies, if I could get the number of the Momo boss that would be great as I could source it over here then. I read somewhere that it's the same boss as one of the civics but don't know which.

HKB makes one. it is also the one i use in my car.
i recommend this because it comes with a resistor so your airbag light won't come on after you take the stock steering wheel out.

 

or you can just pull the SRS light out so it's never on

 

Does anyone know if a Momo hub from a 97 Accord will fit a 99 5G Prelude ?

 

I think it's model #4920. The same one for 96-00 civics and some accords

 

Try eBay as well. I have seen Momo hubs on there for pretty cheap.
