Default will a GSR intake mani fit a b16

Dunno if I should put this in here or not, but will the intake manifold from a GSR fit on an obd0 b16? Would the dual-length runners give that much of a difference?

A lot is a relative term, everyone's opinion is different; I.E. power in the low end a lot, power everywhere a lot, or power in the top?

What are the specific advantages to the type R manifold? Anything above better flow? Any dyno sheets?

type-r has short, fat runners, which are great for higher rpms. but, you sacrifice a bit in the lower and middle rpms. these are hondas we are talking about, so most people go for the top end of the spectrum.
