Default Questions on window/lexan in cf hatch for teg

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I'm gonna order a cf hatch for my Integra, and had a couple of questions. Can the window me pulled from my stock hatch, and put onto the cf one? One of my buddies thought that Acura rear hatch window had some seal built into it, any truth to this? The other option I am considering is keeping my stock hatch as is, and putting lexan in the cf hatch, so that I can swap them out whenever I feel necessary. What vendors cover Lexan products, and do you guys have any comments on your experience with Lexan hatch windows. Thanks in advance for your responses.

I've often wondered though...why spend bocoo $$ on a cf hatch, and keep the heavy, stock glass in it? Doesnt seem to make sense to me.

lexan can get scratched up and hard to see through on a daily driver. that's the only reason i can think of.

How much does the lexan hatch usually run? ideally I would like to have that, and leave the glass in my stock one, so that I can swap them out. where is a good source to get it?

Lexan is also not legal for street use.

There is a certain kind of lexan that is scratch resistant. I forgot the exact brand but it is around double the $$$ and will last a lot longer at least in the scratch free department.

I wouldn't bother running a CF hatch if I was going to run glass.

I agree.......most of the weight is in the glass. Unless you're doing it just for looks.

Thanks for the link guys. Is there a reason they specify 94-99? The 00 and 01 don't have a different rear hatch do they?

Well I was planing on doing a paint job with the roof painted black, and cf hood, and cf trunk. I guess I COULD just paint the hatch black too, but I think cf would be cooler.
