Default clutch problems.....again!

ok, so after work today, i went through the drive through at mcd's and as i was next to the building, i pushed the clutch pedal to put the car into gear. as i pushed the pedal, i heard a loud creak coming from outside of the passenger compartment. now it always creaks when you push the pedal whether the engine is running or not. i guess i noticed it because i was close to the building which made it appear to be louder. i know it's not the cmc pushrod making the noise either, i have certainly heard that before in my ep3. what really chaps my butt about the whole thing is the fact that my clutch was replaced under warrranty less than a year ago. i'm still under warranty, however, as i have 46000 miles (bought extended warranty through Honda) but this seems silly. i have owned several cars with manual trannies, and only this one eats a clutch every year. i really dont beat on my car, an occasional spirited drive, but no racing or drag racing ever. also, i really dont want to take the car back to the dealer for the work as they did a crappy job last time. lost several bolts, broke my hood prop clip, and put the cradle in cockeyed, throwing the alignment out of whack. i really dont want to have to deal with this again, but it seems to be my only choice, as i really dont care to put an aftermarket clutch in my lowly k20a3, nor can i afford to. can i take it to a different dealer for the work, or do i have to got to the dealer in which i purchased my vehicle?
