read my post i just did a Few min ago friend. the Accord H22 Motor will swap out for a nice 50HP (BASELINE) boost. Not to mention all the little goodies. And she will bolt strate up to your tranny. SOHC or DOHC? Your choice and your wallet.

boosted f22b2 here and i love it. the torque on our single cam motors is awesome

i would have made more horsepower with the vtec head i think.

nothing my summer project wont fix
headwork, valves, valvesprings, cam, and rods and pistons

very likely is, and as long as its tuned right, you can run 300 hp on stock internals on pump gas all day......2 words....cast iron

Yeah, this is one of the few times a B1 head on a B2 would actually be a worth while swap.

Pretty shure it went to the can man . You want to go all speed /Hp. The ac goes out the door. Also Rumor has it stock VTEC F22 Can even go higher HP with right turbo etc. RUMOR has it

I stuffed an H22 in my '97 and strapped on a turbo and still have full A/C and power steering. I'm sure you can keep A/C with the right mani on an f22b1

dont think it was. i think it was built by Alamo way back in the days when f22 turbo was unheard of.

completely custom kit on my f22b1... no a/c because I run a large snail and 3" dp.

I have little use for a/c... I do not daily drive my 95. I still have the front motor mount (unmodified), ps, cruise, etc.

Yeah, forgot to mention I run a 2.5" dp. 3" would require removing the AC. What turbo are you running twkd?

boost is overrated.....you bastards might be able to actually feel the effects of acceleration g forces, but at least i can easily blip the throttle to downshift....boost lag > j00

f22 has a low rod-stroke ratio, it can hold up to a fair amount of boost. 8.8:1 compression is reasonable as well.

if your smart and have friends in the right places, or ones taht are selling old stuff, ive seen "junkyard" setups for less than $1k, including an intercooler....

most people use the stock ECU (dont know what the code is) w/ a piggyback like hondata, unless they're all bling bling, in which case theyll use a standalone like AEM EMS
