Default n00b, i searched, can't find clear answer, Prelude S --> H22

I Have a 92 Prelude S and my friend is selling his H22 longblock REALLY cheap. I want to buy it and use my current tranny for the time being (i'm told it will work) and I will also be getting a P13 ECU.

What else do I need for this swap to work? I read in a few posts that I do need a new driver side mount, and then I read I don't need it. What about axels etc.

If anyone could help an idiot out I'd greatly appreciate it

If you use the same tranny then the axles will be the same. You may need some h22 motor mounts, but im not too sure.

its a direct bolt in. you arelady have a prelude so all you need to do is mount it using your stock moutns and axles, there may be a few very slight wiring mods and that is it.

You will need to wire up vtec for sure. Mount and axle wise it will be a direct bolt in.
