I have a 93 eg and I have removed my power steering along with the lines. My question is, does anyone know what is the thread size of the fitting on the oil line that goes into the rack? I though it was a NPT fitting however NPT are not metric. Does anyone know if I can get a plug for this? any info would be appreciated.

You can't make plugs, you have to make a jumper from the inlet to the outlet, I happen to snap a fuel line trying to reposition it so I had the line for the jumper, I don't know what size it is but I tried crimping one end and using a short hose with a bolt in it and a hose clamp and when I turned the wheel the hose tried to blow up like a baloon and almost shot off of the outlet. It was then that I figured out that I had to use a jumper. Chris

 

theres got to be somebody that knows the thread pitch and whatnot. I want to use earls fittings and braided hoses but i need to know the info on the threads so that i can get an adapter from that thread to an an fitting.
