ok guys, lately i noticed that when i step on the brakes, the car seems to swerve left and right when im on the freeway or any speed above 35mph... does anyone know what might be wrong???
thanks

your rear toe is probably off, that or one of your rear wheel cylinders (or calipers if you have rear disks) isnt working properly

and check your radius rod bolts, make sure they are tight...

first things first.... check your tire pressure. usually if one is higher or lower than the other you can get some swerving.
your alignment may also be off and that would also cause swerving.
if your not familiar with your brake system i would suggest a mechanic to take a look at it. brakes are not something you want to mess up.

Why would rear toe cause the car to swerve only when the brakes are applied ?
Check the basic stuff like tire pressure, but if its really swerving to one side, say the right side, then either a caliper or wheel cylinder on the right side could be sticking, but usually if it sticks the car is gonna want to pull a little when you left off the brake.
Another scenario, say your car pulls to the right when braking, well the left side of the braking system might not be working right, but rather then sticking out, the caliper or wheel cylinder could be stuck inside, causing only the right side to have clamping force, there fore the car will put to that side.
