I changed my o2 sensor but the code keeps coming back after the car has warmed up. It does not do it all the time and if I restart the car the code goes away until the next time the car cycles from a cold start to warm up.

 

41 - Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater

could be a problem in the wiring, or even a bad replacement O2.
