Default Difference between chromoly and mild steel??

Whatis the difference between the two metals??

I am looking at making traction bars and I wanted to know the characteristic differences between the two metals!

mild steel tends to rust alittle faster than chromoly

DOM Mild steel is a light gray color, chromoly is a dark brown color
