Default '98-'01 Body Conversion

What's the price for a full '98-'01 USDM body conversion? Think it's worth it?

I've got a paintball package that I'm gonna sell (maybe right in the classified forums ) It should cover it seeing how it's worth well over $800. Didn't know I needed special brackets for the turn signals .

keep her 94-97 spec, ive had both and i do like the 98+ front end better (not the back), but its definitely not worth the money imo. use the money for some suspension or performance parts

theyre not special brackets.. theyre oe brackets. Dont forget you should be selling the parts you had on previously so it cancels some of the cost. For an upgraded look that you desire, dont you think it would be worth it? Lets say you like the look of the 98 better then some gay kit. Id rather upgrade. I would say its worth it if you like the 98+ a lot better and dont want a kit. If your patient you can find the matched colors.

I never thought of negating the cost with by selling my current setup . That would DEFINATELY help the cost. I just got my car painted GBP (NH-530P) and I don't think '98-up came with that color. It would give my car a more unique look .

just be patient on the bumpers. i waited my turn and i ended up finding the front one in the trash on top of a couch (dont know what that was all about), and the rear came off my buddies totalled gsr for $50. now i just gotta hop on ebay and find me some headlights and then go to honda/acura for the turn signal brackets. im just getting some cheap pos apc clear turn signals and painting them amber with the can i never used on my 94-97 turn signals.

you guys only do the front? to do the full 98-01 conversion you need: front bumper w/ bracket, headlights, turn signals, mirrors, rear bumper, hatch and the gas door release with no trunk release.

its not worth the money unless you smash your front end....the only reason why I did it was because I rear ended an SUV. But I got the lights for 150 and the front bumper for 100 and turn signals for 10. Also, you dotn need the brackets for the turn signals....I havent had mine at all, and I am fine

I wouldn't do that. I'd actually like to have a hatch release in the car but unfortunately I don't in my 98

Converting it to have a "no trunk" release is absolutely pointless. Getting the mirrors completely slipped my mind. Is the only diffrence being they are painted? I just got my sideskirts and moldings painted, so I won't have to worry about that. How much are the brackets roughly? Anyone know of a kit thats for sale ?

the realease is a lever on the hatch. check out any 98-up teg. the mirrors have a squared bump-out shape.
