I got a 97 DX civic put a jdm d15B motor but was wondering what wire harness to use???

PLEASE HELP NEED MY COUPE RUNNING ASAP

 

you can use any harness, but the number of wires you will have to add or move around differs.

use your DX harness and start extending or re-routing wires.

 

tried but dosent plug up to the ecu

no kidding. you car is obd2a, the ecu is obd1. you'll need a jumper harness.

 

no im using a y8 ecu

 

How many plugs to the ecu does te 97 ex harness have???

 

u can use a jumperharness and hook the vtec cylinold directly to the ecu...and might need to tap the oil line
