Default Cat Convertor suggestions

I have replaced my Header and in the process of beating the old one off, I have damaged the flange to the Cat convertor. I need recommendations on a good High Flow that will not trip the secondary exhaust sensor. I do not want an test pipe, so please no recommendations for a test pipe and an secondary exhaust sim chip. I want to remain street legal. I have heard that the carsound is a popular cat convertor, I have heard on some cars it can trip the sensor and throw a code. Are there any other recommendations. I would prefer to find one I can bolt on, if I can find a flange that will work with 98 non SH prelude, then I will have to pay to have it welded on. I do not think K-teller has the 3 bolt pattern for a 5th Gen prelude that connects after the flex pipe. Can any one help?

OBD II compliant hi flow cats give you a better chance of being CEL free. look into the obd2 offerings of the random tech and carsound headers in the appropriate diameters.
