i have a built b20 with high comprssion...i have ctr cams, dual valve springs, not much..the other day i noticed smoke coming out of the valve cover hole..i know its burning oil...anyways its the hole where u can put a breather or tube...i dont really know whats wrong..if any one has info on this please let me know..thanks

 

do a compression test, your rings might be shot, when i had fried of of my rings on my turbo motor is smoked from everywhere, a ton from that spot your talking about so do a comp test and then a leak down.

its normal to have a little bit of smoke coming out of that hole but not its alot and you are noticing oil consumption.
