I'd start by checking these things out:

1. Front motor mount
2. Wheel bearings
3. Tie Rods (one could be about to go!)
4. Front strut radius rods (if you have them)
5. Ball joints
6. Suspension bolts and bushings
7. CV Axles

damn I dont know how to check anything to do with the suspension. come to think about it. it started a few weeks ago when I lowered it. after about 10 miles everytime I let of the gas it would sound like the axles were banging against the hubs or something really really loud. mad it home took of the 17s and it drove fine. and now it just started doing it again

Well, you may have met your match then. Go get a ******* alignment first and see if that takes care of anything, it's probably your toe eating away at your tires. It could be a suspension component, and I'm glad you've had such wonderful luck if you've lowered 10 cars and never had to get any alignments, but I think that's where you have to start on this one.
