Default Question About DISTRIBUTOR'S????

hey whats up yall, i'm getting ready to get a 92-95 JDM D15B V-tec and to put in my 90 Si hatch, well i want to keep my car OBD-0 and i was wanting to know if my D16A6 distributor will fit on the D15B v-tec. any help would be great. Thanks

Look, if you guys had searched, you'd have found your answer.

The D16A6 distributor won't fit on a D15B/D16Z6 head without modification. You have to enlarge the holes in the arms, and even then only 2 bolts will hold it. That's ghetto - just like your dumbass idea to run a SOHC VTEC engine with a pre-OBD system.

Whatever, it's not my engine. Glad I won't have to put up with it running like **** . . .

Oh shutup. You should have searched, he has a point - although he could have put it more politely. This is a topic that has been covered numerous times.

Next time you have such a simple question, use the search function. It's there for a reason. And targa is right - running am obd-i vtec sohc from obd-o electronics is certainly not the best idea.
