the engine code for a JDM GSR is b18c. us is b18c1
the engine code for a JDM ITR is b18c. us is b18c5
So how do you tell the difference if you are looking at them?
I know the gsr intake manifold curves up while the itr curves down.
and I know the valve covers are different..
but how exactly do you determine which block it is?

itr should be red.. i thought it was b18cR??

maybe its just said like that b18c spec r..hrumm

 

all jdm b18c say just that, b18c.

only real way to tell is carefully inspect it.
