h22 mani pics
h22 accord. still uses a front engine mount, a/c, p/s, alt in stock location, full size radiator, 2 radiator fans, air filter, and 3 inch downpipe.

im not selling these or anything...just thought it was kinda neat and i was kinda amazed i was able to keep everything in there. the upper radiator hose has already been finished even though in the pics it looks like it wont work.

Nice work...
I'm working on an Accord H22 turbo setup with a friend of mine right now and we are having all kinds of clearance issues... I didn't think it was going to be such a pain!
<--- Usually works on turbo civics where there's plenty of room
I might have to show him this thread... did you make or buy that mani?

i just welded a cap over that outlet and made my own outlet over on the side.
as far as making anohter one of these manifolds i wouldnt really be able to do it wtih out having another car here...b/c this car has a lot of non factory stuff...differnt hood etc etc. with all of this stuff in there the car isnt going to be easy to work on....will require removing the whole front crossmember etc etc.

I hope the WG goes straight off that 90* that goes down to the turbo, so the collecter is pointed right at the inlet of the WG. That would be a great design for good top end flow and nice boost control. looks like some good work so far
looks great!reminds me of an H22 Accord in a magazine about 5 or 6 years ago that had a turbo mani that placed the turbo way over where the stock airbox is usually at.anybody remember that?if i remember,he did it more for tuning rather than space issues.first time i remember seeing people playing with tuning lengths on Honda turbo manis.

thanks guys....yea i havnt put the wastegate on yet...but i plan on having it right off the 90 so the exhaust is going straight into it....i was really excited about this car and was going to try to get it up and running this weekend because i was excited to see what kind of numbers it would put out...... but aparently some $ issues have come up with the owner and it will be leaving me back in all motor form. im hoping the car will return to finish up the kit, but you never know..... i really want to see some numbers from it!
