Tanabe Ultra Medallion???
does anyone have any information on the tanabe ultra medallion exhaust? is it unbearably loud? i dont mind catching police's attention since its street legal but i dont want it to be annoying. video clips and pictures would be great!!!

it's loud as hell.
IMO, it doesn't look that great. It would probably get the attention of cops also.

I have. I just don't like those style exhausts. The muffler is almost the same size of the tip.

excuse my french but its ******* LOUD. Not to mention it looks gay (on a DC) but looks so-so on an eg or ek

I like the look of the ultra medallion but its so freekin loud, you'll have your ears bleeding at WOT. I heard one on an ITR a while back and unless your hard of hearing theres no way you could bear the noise of it everyday!

A friend of mine with a stripped CTR first slapped on a 5zigen and it sounded like crap and made a resonating sound (like a tin can gettin shot by a chaingun). So he sold it after a week; bought an Ultra medallion and i swear it got twice as loud...he even took off the straight pipe hoping it would quiet down a little bit...but OOOOoo No. So here we are driving around the night he installed it (*trying* not to be loud) and then hes like **** it, its loud anyways might as well let them beg for mercy. The second he hit vtec was a moment i'll never forget; cause instead of grabbing the "oh-****-handle" my fingers went directly in my ears...and stayed there till we got home. Sold the medallion pretty much the same weekend and now hes running a Spoon "Sport" exhaust and has never been happier.
