Default B20 Swap in 91 Sedan 4dr *already searched*

Heres the deal, I plan on doing a B20 swap in a buddy's 91 4 door. Now I know I need to do the following things...

MPFI Conversion
Mounts
OBD1 conversion harness
B Beries Cable transmission (B20B is Hydro)
Axles (Which axles would I use, LS axles?)

The swap includes:

Motor
Transmission (Hydro)
Harness & ECU
All cables
All brackets and sensors
Dizzy
Alternator
P/S Pump

Anything else I'm missing? I need to know what needs to be done before he buys the motor and we start the swap.

Thanks

So it looks like this is everything I'm going to need. I'm guessing that the stock shift linkage will bolt up?

It needs to be modded..And if you dont do it right you can mess up the shifting..

Youre getting a MANUAL tranny with that b20 or an automatic tranny? if its straight outta a CRV youre getting an Autocraptic...

Either way youll need at the very least a clutch disc as the Hydro tranny has a bigger input shaft(unless by some miracle youre getting a 92-93 tranny which has the same larger splines as the hydro trannys). You may need the whole clutch and flywheel assembly if your b20 comes with a Auto tranny or Auto Plate

IF you plan on keeping power steering plan on the lines not mating up to the b20 pump.. TRY and see if you can bolt up the stock PS pump... if not when you have the motor out try and see if you can get the b20 lines bolted on to the Rack... this may take some hybridizing of lines etc etc...

Youll need a B series shift linkage either from a JDM EF8/9 or a shortened 90-93 Teg unit.

youll be using 90-93 teg axles and take out the dust rings from the hubs

I believe also if youre getting a b20 Dizzy its OBD2 and has a different plug

Injectors on the b20 are OBD2 as well but the only difference on that is the plug

You dont need to have a Resistor box for the MPFI conversion since youre converting to OBD1

Thanks for the responses... Doesn't seem like this swap is going to be as easy as planned.

Here is my new part list now.

-------------------------
MPFI Conversion
Mounts
OBD1 conversion harness
B16 Cable transmission
Drivers side mount bracket from an OBD0 b series engine
Rear mount bracket from a OBD0 b series engine
clutch disc and flywheel assembly(?)

Any more tips before we make the final decision?
The Motor is a B20B, Not sure wether it is OBD1/OBD2... and its coming with a Hydro 5SP, we're replacing with a B16 Cable for the shorter gearing.

Hopefully this will be a nice setup, we're going for a All motor B20 in the 4 door.

Bump. Anybody else have their .02 to throw in?

Any OEM Honda mounts work? We're trying to keep costs down as much as possible

Change the Intake manifold, the stock one won't clear the hood. You'll need one of a LS or aftermarket.
