How would you Clean This/whats causeing it???

i tried to clean it a couple of times with engine decreaser what that doesnt really help. what else could i use. does anyone have any idea how to clean that up and or how to fix it to prevent it from happening again

let the engine warm up a bit turn it off shrink wrap all the elec. **** and sprak engine degreaser..worked ok on my teg...I need to do it again after all this rain and ****

How much does the dealership charge to change cam seals? Also I've seen the billet cam seals with 2 o rings. are they really any better than oem?
yes.. the billet cam seals are a lot better. oem ones crack and just do it yourself. check my thread: https://honda-tech.com/zero...age=2
