Tie Rod Ends
I need to change my outer tie rod ends. How hard is this? I looked through the helms manual, seem pretty simple.. I just have a question about lining up/marking the threads that go into the steering joint.. what exactly do I have to mark so the new one goes in exactly the same way??
Thanks.
Thanks.
count how many times you spin them to take them off , so you can put the new one back on similarly.
as vjace said it never goes on exactly and get the alignmennt right after for a proper adjustment.

You can leave the locking nut in position as a marker. But...
