ES tuning oval exhaust.. ANY Good?
let me say this before anyone else does do a search there are plenty of topics aobut this muffler out there, and wiht my own searches ive herd that they are pretty loud when not used with a resonator. not sure if they are louder then the apei
i have a ES Oval 2.5 muffler on 2.5 piping with resonator and Cat and its quiet.
it is loud if u dont got a resonator becuz its a straight thru design.
if u like this muffler u should look for these too:
Spoon Sports Tail Silencer (Street Type)
Bosal
Tanabe Hyper Spec
RS*R ExMag
*edit*
for got to add the Apex-i WS/WS2

Do you think you gained any performance? I'm deciding between RS*R exmag, Apexi WS2 or ES tuning Oval exhaust. Cost wise, the ES is cheap, while the WS2 is in the middle and Exmag cost the most. I got a 00 civic wid an ITR swap w/ CAI and Mugen header, so the exhaust system is next to be upgraded.
i havent dyno'd it yet on the car i have right now, but on my old car which was a 93 CX EG wit a GSR motor, i had a some gain. the straight design made it flow better along wit the 2.5 piping. if u get it, it should make ur car have gains.
