Default what cnc mill to get for making ss flanges

we're having to buy so many flanges, our suppliers can't keep up. What is the best cnc mill to do flanges and only flanges?

Will this do? Probably not but will it at least do it at slow speed?

Basic flanges can be done quiet easily on manual mills.

Its not the milling machine so much as the tooling.Any milling machine ridged enough to be used with cnc will do the job as long as high volume is not the goal. The higher end machines are going to give you more parts per hour. Not an issue unless you need to do several hundred a day. With the correct cutters and feeds/speeds stainless is no problem.

the mill that we use is a Mazak VTC-20B. that would work perfect for making flanges. that is what we use it for part of the time anyway. if your suppliers can't keep up with you ordering flanges, u sure wouldn't be able to keep up doing them manually. unless u have a big market for the flanges, it really wouldn't be worth buying a cnc mill. of coarse, if u r planning on producing other things then it would. any cnc mill is going to range from 60,000 and up depending on if it is a 3-axis mill or whatever.

Looks like quality work from a professional shop. The thread says that stainless is comming in the future... if they had an order, they'd likely make it sooner than later.
