Its about an inch to and inch and a quarter too long. I had to have my exhaust cut to fit it.

Yep, i had to cut about 1.5 inches out of my exhaust.

If you buy an LS exhaust it will bolt up fine.

Well I have a 96 gs-r so how long should the highflow cat be to fit the jdm 4-1 and my N1 catback?

I suggest that you jack up the car and measure the length of your cat. Or email SMSP or something.

Are you talking about the DC JDM header or the straight JDM Header?

Just FYI as well, the 00-01 GSR cats/exhausts are interchangeable with the 94-01 LS cats/exhausts.
