Rally R strkes again....
Rally report.....
Well we did it once again...
To follow up on two first place wins in both of the last events in Texas ( http://www.rallyengr.com/ ) the two National level events were held in Salem Missouri ( http://www.100aw.org/ )and all over that section of the state in a 200 mile area... In both rallye events we placed first once again making the total of 4 first place finishes in Production class and securing us the title of The Production National Champs. The rate of attrition was horrible but luckily no one had to be air lifted out to a hospital ( for the first time in 4 years). Many cars did not finish "1/3 of the field over all" and most of the rest were badly mauled ,you could count the non damaged cars on one had and not use most of your fingers... We finished with barely any damage and just a few near misses, all in all we were lucky.. I will put up a real report when i am not so dead on my feet.. For once there was one other Honda there a 98 or so hatch with a gs-r power plant in it that also won his class..

BTW: where can i get a set of those front beams from?? </TD></TR></TABLE>
I built that light pod after our driver and Co driver lost it at the last race and destroyed our last one ( trees) . We do not have a sponsor yet so it is all out of pocket and we could not afford to buy a light pod ( $3-400 ) and load it up with Hella lights again ( $500 ).
So i made that whole set up and it is much brighter than what we were using and i can aim each light independently.
The lights are some reject school bus warning lights and the adjusters are from a Chevy truck ....
No ****..
look close and you can see it...
This pic was taken while i was working on the light bar, hence the power leads hanging out of the hood..

good to hear about 100 acre wood rally. I've always attended that one in the past, but was unable to this year due to other supporters being unable to make the drive this year. It's a great time
...and I'm genuinely upset that I missed it this year.

Congrats man, your car is sick.
I saw it in person at the SASCA auto-x in january. I don't know if you remember me but I was driving the black prelude, I got first in the novice class.
