Default b20 block with a b16 head?

A freind was telling me this is a good combo with horse and excellant torque compared to a b16 bolck and head
keep in mind i will have have this or whatever combo in my 97 civic ex for 1 yr. and then the year after it will have new cams,pistions,rods,etc. and a added turbo or supercharger

can i get some in for or opinions
please
or if you have some good combos tell

B16 head, B20 block, wiseco .5 os, spoon cams, adj camgears, spoon 4-2-1, hondata. 184whp and 145ft/lbs. HP isnt so impressive but you cant get that much torque from a 1600.
