Need Help Identifying This Hose/Part. Need Part Number

I have a little hole that is right where the clamp is and it causing radiator fluid to leak out. I need to know what this part number is. Its right below the upper radiator hose.

99-00 B16a2

I can probably cut the hose just enough and use it as is, but I also want to replace it soon.

is that the hose that goes to the coolant overflow tank?

No, it goes to the side of the head. I fixed the problem, but I want a new hose since it was never replaced.

I searched, but can only find lower/upper radiator hoses.
