Default Thermal R&D stealth vs Greddy sp2

Ok guys my last exhaust was a RS*R ex-mag and i loved the sound and looks of it but it rusted out. I'm now in the market for a new exhaust and i was dead set on the sp2 but then i saw that Thermal has a quieter version of their classic exhaust. I've heard that the R&D is very quiet and i've heard that it's very loud. Does ANYONE have any video clips of either of these exhausts. I've looked through every thermal thread and every sp2 thread. I just dont understand how some people say the thermal stealth is louder than a N1 and some people say it's as quiet as a sp2. Maybe some people have a turbo and they're just not telling me about it. What i'm really after is sound/video clips of these two exhausts, mainly the thermal becuase i'm getting mixed reviews on it.

I called both manufactures today and this is what i found out.

Greddy sp2 = 93Db at 3k
thermal stealth = 89Db at 1/3 of the rpm range. So approximately 2,300.
I called up RS*R and Apexi just to compare.
Ex-mag = 89Db at 5,250
WS2 = 84Db at 5,250

Thanks in advance...
I wanted this thread to be 56k friendly so i put these as links.

I have no video clips but I can tell you ther thermal stealth is loud. I assumed it would be quiet and was very wrong. I had it on the stock motor, cat, exhaust manifold on my old 00dx hatch. I pulled it after an hour of driving and sold it. They I bought an Apexi WS and never regretted it.

Greddy all the way! Have it on my 98 accord and love it. Good hum under normal driving and nice sound when you dump it.

Was it the 2.25 piping size? If it, i'm not going to get it now.

So i just dont know, i just need to find some other people with experience on these exhausts.

Tone and volume are 2 totally different things, just FYI. I love the sound of the SP2 on my brothers b17a (not a typo).

I have the stealth on my car, I'll see if I can find a clip of it somewhere. Either way you go you are getting a nice exhaust, my buddy had the sp2 but sold it and got an rs*r b/c he wanted something quieter and more stock looking.

Could you compare the two? What were the two setups?

Oh right, I just realized I have a camera now that takes video and sound.......and my brother has an SP2. If I see him in the near future I'll try and get some rev action from him.

my buddy had the comptech icebox, dc header, no cat and the greddy sp2.

I had an aem cai, greddy header, no cat, and the stealth.

My car was a lower tone and quieter in low rpms, after crossing over into vtec my stealth just screamed. the sp2 was pretty loud too in high rpms.

Basically both are very nice exhausts, the stealth is quieter than the sp2 for the most part. Also if you do run your cat the exhaust is very quiet and deep.

Ok, I have the thermal stealth and it isn't at loud as the greddy to me. I have it on my stock motor and I love it, nice low sound.

Oh and I was going to get the classic because I didn't know the difference, but the guy in the shop wouldn't let me because he said that it was annoyingly loud, but like I said the stealth is nice, I would get you a vid clip, but somebody in this house lost my camera.
