1) IIRC, Si front Rotors are ~10.3" diameter & VTEC front rotors are ~11.1"diameter.

2) VTEC front calipers are larger than Si front calipers as VTEC pads are larger than Si pads.

3) Master cylinder is the same for both Si & VTEC models (but is smaller on 4th gen S models). Also, the rear discs, calipers, & pads are the same size on S, Si, & VTEC models.

Actually, I'm looking forward to doing this swap in the near future. If you check my watched topics you can find the one that i started. Theres some helpful links in that. The only reason I'm doing it is because i need new front rotors/pads and these brakes only lasted a year (but we wont get into that) so I figure why not? If you need new brakes do it!

the vtec brakes really arn't that much different performance wise. if you really want to do something good i would do NSX callipers and get legand rotors and drill them to 4x114.5. i was looking to do it to my si-vtec lude before i decited to sell it.

Legend and prelude vtec rotors are the same diameter, no need to redrill the rotors.
